One platform. Describe it, build it, own it.
Nx·Studio designs digital workers from a description of your business. Nx IDE is the code editor your engineers use to build and extend software. The Foundation is the set of safeguards under both. What you take away is source code you own.
Three pillars. One owner: you.
Nx·Studio is the flagship. Nx IDE is for your engineers. The Foundation is the set of safeguards under both. What they produce is source code you keep.
Nx·Studio
Describe a business process and an AI analyst proposes up to five designs for a digital worker. You adjust one on a canvas, test it on made-up data, and download it as software you run yourself.
- Designed from your description, not picked from a catalog
- Tested on made-up data before export
- A download with no license check, meter or call home
Nx IDE
A code editor with an AI assistant built in. It plans, builds, tests and reviews changes to your software on the AI model you choose, and makes them once a person approves.
- 26 AI providers, or a model on your own machine
- A separate tester and reviewer in Orchestrator mode
- Checkpoints to undo any step
The Foundation
What every digital worker is built on: fixed rules for routine decisions, tests before export, approval steps for people, and a record you can verify.
- A rule step gives the same answer every time
- A design must pass its checks before export
- A signed record of every file in the download
Describe → Generate → Preview → Own
A description of your business becomes a tested digital worker, and you own the code. Each step comes with something you can check for yourself.
Start from a plain-language description.
Describe how the process works: a paragraph is enough, or use the guided questionnaire. To ground the design in how work really flows, add documents or an event log exported from your systems. What you share is your choice, and a data-processing agreement comes first.
Evaluating from a description needs none of your data: the Studio generates fictional test records shaped like your process.
Up to five designs, built for your context.
An AI analyst reads your context and proposes up to five complete designs for the worker: conservative, balanced, ambitious, compliance-first and cost-optimal. Each comes with its steps, its approval points and an estimate of hours saved and running cost.
Each design shows how many of your stated hard rules it turned into checks. A design that covers too few is discarded before you see it.
Tested before it touches anything real.
Run the worker on made-up data and watch what each step does. Approval steps stop and wait for a person. Evaluation runs score the worker and produce a report you can hand to procurement.
The same scenarios can be run again on every version, so one version can be compared with the next, side by side.
Export the code. Run it without us.
A design must pass its structural checks before it can be exported. Then you download a complete software project and run it on your own infrastructure. No license check. No usage meter. No calls back to Nexgile.
How to verify a download, on the Trust CenterEvery export carries a bill of materials and a signed record of every file, with a script your engineers run offline to confirm that nothing was altered.
The Nexgile difference.
AI models are interchangeable. What you can inspect is not. The Foundation is four safeguards under every Nexgile digital worker, each one something you can read, test or check for yourself.
Routine decisions run as fixed rules.
A digital worker mixes fixed rules with AI steps. A decision built as a rule is evaluated by code, not by an AI model: it gives the same answer for the same input, and it adds nothing to your AI bill. The Studio shows what share of each design is fixed rules, and suggests where an AI step could become one.
Tested on made-up data before export.
Each worker gets its own test data: fictional records generated to match its data, or a file you choose to import. Run a scenario and watch every step, including the moments the worker stops for a person's approval. Evaluation runs score the worker and can be downloaded as a report.
Read what a worker will do before it runs.
Every worker is a design you can read: its steps, its rules, who approves what, and where work goes to a person. Each save is a numbered version, and any two can be compared to see what changed. Before export, the Studio checks the design's structure and can refuse one that breaks a safety rule.
Verify what you were given.
The download is source code with no license check, no usage meter and no connection to Nexgile. It lists every part inside it and carries a signature over every file, which your engineers verify offline with one script. A threat model written from the worker's own design comes with it.
Where a decision needs a person, the design says so. An approval step stops the worker until someone decides. You can also set a pass mark on steps judged by AI and choose what happens below it: stop, flag and continue, or take another path, such as review by a person.
Watch a digital worker decide.
Most of what a worker does all day isn't judgment, it's policy. In a rules-first design the two are kept apart: policy runs as fixed rules, judgment goes to AI, and the cases you mark for approval go to your people.
Nine decisions queued from the worker's inbox.
Fixed rules
Instant. Identical. No AI model is called.
AI judgment
Cases that need judgment, within the limits you set.
Human review
Where the design calls for approval, a person decides.
Illustrative scenario: one accounts-payable worker. Your mix depends on the design you choose. What holds in every design: a rule step never calls an AI model.
A rule step costs nothing in AI usage: the AI model is simply never called. The spend that remains is for the work that needs judgment, and the Studio estimates it before you export.
See how pricing worksA rule gives the same answer for the same input, today and next year. When a policy changes, you change the rule, compare the two versions and run the same test scenarios again.
A rule is evaluated by code, so a clever prompt cannot talk it out of policy. And where the design calls for approval, the worker stops until a person decides.
Read the Trust CenterThe design is something your reviewers can read.
Every digital worker is a design: its steps and roles, its connections, its approval points, its routing and decision rules. It is kept as numbered versions you can compare, not buried in prompts and not locked inside someone else's platform.
- Intake: refund requests from email and chat
- Check: order history, payment record, prior refunds
- −Approval: every refund goes to one approval step
- Low scores: routed to a person
- Intake: refund requests from email and chat
- Check: order history, payment record, prior refunds
- +Approval: refunds above a limit need a second approval step
- Low scores: routed to a person
Illustrative. One design serves several readers at once: your engineers compare versions the way they compare code, and your governance team reads it before anything is exported. A design can be tested before it ever runs for real, and what it produces is an asset you own, not a configuration you rent.
Whichever seat you're in.
Move from managing people to orchestrating outcomes.
-
Outcomes, not infrastructure
Describe the work in plain language and get a designed, tested digital worker, and the software to run it.
-
Proof before production
Watch the worker run on made-up data and read its evaluation report before a single real record is touched.
-
Own what you run
Source code you host yourself, with no usage meter. The economics of software you own, not software you rent.
-
Built for regulated industries
Readable designs, fixed rules and approval steps. Our work concentrates where the bar is highest: finance, healthcare, insurance, and the public sector.
Ship faster with an agent that thinks in your codebase.
-
An assistant in the editor
Nx IDE plans, builds, tests and reviews changes with 31 specialists, and an Orchestrator that coordinates them.
-
Any model, your choice
26 AI providers, or a model on your own machine. A different model for each kind of work, and no lock-in.
-
Control you can defend
Approval for every action by default, rules for commands and files, spending limits you set, and checkpoints to undo any step.
-
Designs, not brittle prompts
A digital worker is a versioned design you can compare, test and check before it is exported.
Read what a worker will do before it does it.
-
Read the design before it runs
Every approval point and every rule is visible in advance, in a view written for reviewers.
-
Checks that can block an export
A step that acts on another system must come after an approval step, and sensitive data must pass redaction before it leaves.
- How to verify a download
A record you can verify
Each download carries a bill of materials and a signed record of every file, which your engineers check offline.
-
Evaluation without your data
Test runs use fictional data the Studio generates, so an evaluation that starts from a description needs none of yours.
Your AI bill shouldn't be a weather forecast.
Metered platforms bill you every time your worker thinks. A rules-first design does the routine thinking once. You watched it above: routine decisions run as fixed rules that never call an AI model, so the AI spend that remains is for the work that needs judgment.
You choose the AI model for each step and set its limits: response size, retries and time allowed. Every AI call is recorded with its model, its size and its cost, and the Studio shows an estimated cost per run and per month before you export.
Because you export and run the code yourself, there is no license to keep it running and no usage meter. As your use grows, there is no Nexgile meter growing with it. Success never raises what you pay us.
Our business model is the proof. We charge to design your workforce, not to run it. A vendor with a meter profits when you depend on it. Our incentives point at your independence, and ongoing help is optional, on your terms.
AI calls for rule steps
A rule is evaluated by code, not by an AI model, for as long as the worker runs.
Limits you set
Response size, retries and time for each AI step, and a time limit for the whole run. Every AI call is recorded with its cost.
Success never raises what you pay us
You export and run the code yourself: no license to keep it running, no usage meter, no Nexgile meter growing with your workforce.
Twelve questions to ask any digital-workforce vendor — including us.
Take this list into every evaluation, ours included. A vendor worth choosing answers each one plainly.
Can your auditors read what the worker will do before it runs — or only watch dashboards after?
If you cancel, what keeps working?
Can you export the source code — all of it?
Is there a per-decision meter, and what happens to your bill when volume doubles?
What happens to routine decisions when the model misbehaves?
Can a clever prompt talk the worker out of policy?
Is the demo the same code as the deployment?
Can you test the worker on realistic work before connecting a live system?
Does evaluation require sharing production data?
Who approves what — and is approval enforced in the code, or in a setting?
Can you verify the no-lock-in claim yourself, on your own hardware?
Does every number in the pitch come with how it was measured?
Ask us any of them. Where our answer is “not yet”, we say so.
What the words mean.
Nexgile is the owned digital workforce platform. Three terms carry precise meaning here:
Digital worker
A complete, owned software system that staffs a process — not a hosted bot.
Design
A worker's steps, rules and approval points, kept as a readable, versioned document your reviewers can read before it runs.
Export
A complete software project, source code included, that runs on your infrastructure without us.
See what is in every downloadWhitelabel-ready applications, generated and delivered.
Generated, governed software workers — delivered as owned source code.
Delivered across finance, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, legal, logistics, automotive and more.
Portal and worker counts are computed from our delivery records. A digital worker is a generated, governed software worker delivered as owned source code — not a rebadged bot or script.
Three ways to work with us.
