We attack our own claims so you don't have to.
Nexgile exists because enterprises were being asked to rent black boxes and call it transformation. We build digital workforces you can read, prove, and own — and we hold our own claims to the same standard.
The standard
“We only ship what survives our own attacks.”
Every number, mechanism, and promise starts as a draft with its source attached — never as a headline.
Substantiation checks, a hostile-buyer read, and a search for the weakest honest interpretation. If a claim can be broken, we want to be the ones who break it.
What survives ships with how it was measured. What fails never appears on this site — or in front of a customer.
Most enterprise AI asks for trust.
We engineered it out of the equation.
Describe your business, and Nx·Studio designs a digital worker for it, in up to five versions. Each is a design your reviewers can read before anything runs, with fixed rules for routine decisions and approval steps wherever a person must decide.
Each worker is tested before it touches a live system. Test runs use made-up data that the Studio generates, so an evaluation that starts from a description needs none of yours.
Then you export a complete software project and run it on your infrastructure: no license check, no usage meter, no calls home. Every export carries a signed record of its files that your own engineers can verify, offline.
We only ship what survives our own attacks. One platform. Describe it, build it, own it.
The incentives are
the architecture.
Enterprises were told to rent their AI workforce by the call — a meter on every decision, a dashboard over someone else's black box, a workforce that vanishes the day the contract ends. We built the opposite: a digital workforce you can read, prove, and own.
Our business model is the proof. We charge to design your workforce, not to run it. A vendor with a meter profits when you depend on it; our incentives point at your independence — ongoing help is optional, on your terms.
From Static ERPs to
Dynamic Systems.
The last decade was about digitizing records. The next decade is about digitizing decisions. At Nexgile, we don't just automate tasks; we engineer autonomous systems that can perceive, reason, and act — under approval steps and limits your teams set.
We enable the CEO to move from managing people to orchestrating outcomes. This is the shift from the Information Age to the Cognitive Age.
Why industry leaders
build their future with us
We bridge the chasm between experimental AI demos and enterprise-grade resilience. Three structural commitments separate an owned digital workforce from a rented one, each backed by something you can inspect, not a slogan.
Predictable at scale
A digital worker mixes fixed rules with AI steps. A decision built as a rule is evaluated by code, not by an AI model, so it returns the same answer for the same input, every run, and adds nothing to your AI bill. AI is kept for the work that needs judgment, within limits you set for each step.
Decisions you can defend
Every digital worker is a readable, versioned design your governance team can compare, test and review before it is exported. It is built for finance, healthcare and insurance, where “the model decided” is never an acceptable answer to a regulator. Where a person must decide, the design has an approval step, and the worker stops there until someone does.
Owned, not rented
You receive complete source code that you host yourself: no license check, no usage meter, no calls home. Every export carries a bill of materials and a signed record of every file, which your own engineers verify offline. Nothing stops working if you stop paying us.
A delivery record we can defend.
111 Enterprise Portals
Unified command centers where human judgment directs, approves, and oversees the digital workforce — generated and delivered as owned code.
333 Digital Workers
Generated, governed software workers — delivered as owned source code.
17 Industries
From finance and healthcare to manufacturing and supply chain — our work concentrates where the bar is highest.
Portal and worker counts are computed from our delivery records. A digital worker is a generated, governed software worker delivered as owned source code — not a rebadged bot or script.
Tested before trusted.
Before a number, mechanism, or promise appears on this site — or in the product — we try to break it ourselves. What doesn't hold up under our own checks doesn't get published.
The numbers you do find here come with how they were measured, and a figure that stops reproducing comes down everywhere it appears.
The product clears the same bar before it ships.
A claim is proposed
Every number, mechanism, and promise starts as a draft with its source attached — never as a headline.
We attack it
Substantiation checks, a hostile-buyer read, and a search for the weakest honest interpretation. If a claim can be broken, we want to be the ones who break it.
It ships — or it's banned
What survives ships with how it was measured. What fails never appears on this site — or in front of a customer.
Principles of Operation
Outcome Obsession
We measure success not by project completion, but by P&L impact. Our systems are designed to drive revenue, reduce opex, and accelerate decision velocity.
First Principles Thinking
We deconstruct problems to their fundamental truths. We don't iterate on broken processes; we reimagine them from the ground up using cognitive architectures.
Ethical Alignment
Powerful AI requires rigorous guardrails. We implement 'Human-in-the-Loop' protocols and strict compliance frameworks to ensure our agents align with your corporate values.
Strategic Evolution.
We have consistently pivoted ahead of the market curve to ensure our partners are always equipped with state-of-the-art capability.
Engineering Roots
Founded in Hyderabad, India, as a high-performance engineering boutique. We didn't just write code; we solved the 'unsolvable' for global tech giants, establishing a DNA of technical excellence.
Global Expansion
Established our U.S. headquarters in Herndon, VA to align with the strategic pulse of the enterprise market. This dual-shore model combined U.S. innovation with the scale of our engineering centers.
The Cognitive Pivot
Anticipating the limits of deterministic rule-based systems, we began investing heavily in probabilistic AI models and RPA, laying the groundwork for our current agentic architectures.
The Agentic Practice
Nexgile scales its agentic engineering practice — delivering a growing body of digital workers and enterprise portals for clients across regulated industries, and redefining the economics of enterprise work.
The Platform Era
Our intelligence becomes a platform any enterprise can wield. We launch the Nexgile Agentic Platform — Nx·Studio to generate digital workers you fully own, and Nx IDE to build and ship software end to end — on a foundation built to be predictable, explainable, and yours.
Built for Global Scale

"Follow the Sun" Operations
Continuous coverage across time zones ensures uninterrupted service and support for all enterprise partners.
You generate it. You preview it. You own it. You run it.
That's the company we built — and the standard every line on this site had to survive.
