The Owned Digital Workforce Platform

Describe your business. Get digital workers you own.

A digital worker is AI software that takes on a business process for you. Describe the process in plain language, watch the worker handle it in a test run on made-up data, then keep the source code.

Start with one process:Match invoices to purchase orders. Route refund requests for approval. Forecast demand and manage inventory. Schedule production and check quality.

Nothing to install. Demos run on made-up data.

How it works

From a plain description to software you own.

Four steps. You see your workers in action before anything goes live.

  1. Step 1 · Describe

Explain the process in your own words.

A paragraph is enough to start. If it helps, add documents or an event log from your systems. You choose what to share.

  2. Step 2 · Generate

Get up to five designs to choose from.

An AI analyst in Nx·Studio proposes up to five complete designs for the worker, from cautious to ambitious. You pick one and adjust it on a visual canvas, without writing code.

  3. Step 3 · Preview

Watch it work on made-up data.

The Studio creates test records shaped like your process. You run the worker, watch each step, and approve or reject wherever it stops for a person.

  4. Step 4 · Own

Keep the code and run it yourself.

Download the worker as a complete software project and run it on your own infrastructure, in the cloud or on your premises. No license keys, no fees per decision, no dependence on Nexgile.

The platform

One platform, three parts.

Nx·Studio creates your digital workers. Nx IDE helps your engineers build the software around them. The Foundation keeps both predictable, explainable and yours.

Own it, don't rent it

Rent an agent, or own a workforce.

The difference isn't a feature. It's who holds the code when the contract ends.

When you rent
Where it runs

On the vendor's platform.

What you pay for

Every decision, so the bill grows as you do.

How you check it

A dashboard over a system you can't see into.

If you cancel

The workers disappear.

When you own
Where it runs

On your own infrastructure.

What you pay for

Design and delivery. Fixed rules add nothing to your AI bill.

How you check it

A design your reviewers read before anything runs.

If you cancel

Nothing changes. It's your code.

A record you can verify

Don't take our word for it.

Every download lists what is inside it and carries a signature over every file. Your engineers run one script, offline, to confirm that nothing was altered. And because it is all source code, they can read it to see that nothing depends on Nexgile.

Pricing

You pay for the design, not the running.

We charge to design and deliver your workers. There is no fee per decision and no license fee to keep them running, so success never raises what you pay us. Ongoing help is optional, on your terms.

The risks, answered

Built around the reasons AI projects get canceled.

Gartner names three. Each has a specific answer in how Nexgile works.

The industry's own forecast
“
Gartner predicts more than 40% of agentic-AI projects will be canceled by the end of 2027 — citing escalating costs, unclear business value, or inadequate risk controls.

Escalating costs

Costs you can predict.

Decisions built as fixed rules need no AI and add nothing to your AI bill. Every design shows its estimated cost per run and per month before you export.

Rules first
02
Unclear business value

Results you can see first.

You judge the value before you commit. Watch the worker run on made-up data, then score it over sets of scenarios and download the report.

Tested first
03
Inadequate risk controls

Rules your auditors can read.

Each worker is a design your reviewers can read: what it does, who approves what, and where it hands over to a person. It must pass its checks before it can be exported.

A readable design

People stay in control.

Where a decision needs a person, the design says so, and the worker stops until someone decides. You can set a pass mark on steps judged by AI and send anything below it to a person. And a design in which a step acts on another system with no approval step before it can be refused at export.

Industries

Built for industries with strict rules.

In regulated industries, an AI worker that can't explain its decisions can't be used. That is why we focus where the bar is highest. Here is the kind of work the platform takes on.

Common questions

Answers to the questions we hear most.

What is a digital worker?

A digital worker is AI software that takes on a business process for you, such as matching invoices to purchase orders. It can follow fixed rules for routine decisions, use AI where judgment is needed, and stop for a person's approval wherever you decide. It is delivered as source code: a complete system you own, not a hosted bot you rent.

Which systems can the workers connect to?

Any system that offers a web API, any tool published through the open standard for connecting AI to other systems, and databases you allow it to query. Credentials stay in your own vault; Nx·Studio stores only their names. A reference catalog of public API definitions is included, and ready-made connectors built from it are still in development.

What exactly do we own?

Everything in the download: the worker's design, the code that runs it, a start script and a container file, sample scenarios and a threat model. It is a Python project, and you can add set-up files for the main clouds when you export. There are no license keys, and nothing depends on Nexgile to run.

What happens if we stop working with Nexgile?

Nothing stops working. Your workers are standard source code running on your infrastructure. They do not contact Nexgile, and there is no usage meter to switch off. Because it is all source code, your engineers can confirm this for themselves, and each download carries a signed record of its files.

Who maintains the code?

You decide. Your engineers can maintain it like any other internal system, and an operating guide and monitoring dashboards can be added when you export. Many clients also keep Nexgile on for upgrades through Managed Delivery.

How does pricing work?

You pay for the design and delivery of your workers, not for running them. There is no fee per decision and no license fee to keep them running. Fixed rules never use AI. The AI that remains is billed by your own model provider, with no Nexgile fee on top.

Do you see our production data?

Nx·Studio designs and tests; it never runs your live work. Test runs use fictional data that the Studio generates, so an evaluation that starts from a description needs none of your data. If you choose to add documents or an event log to help design a worker, you decide what to share, it is used only for that design work, and a data-processing agreement is in place before anything moves. If you engage us for hands-on delivery work, that access is governed by your contract.

Bring one process. Watch a digital worker handle it.

A paragraph is enough to begin. Your demo runs on made-up data, so there is nothing to install and no data to share.

You generate it. You preview it. You own it. You run it.
